Rose Creek Village is designed to be convenient and family-friendly.

Rose Creek Village is a proposed new shopping centre by Ranfurlie Asset Management (RAM) for Elimbah and the surrounding region. Currently, local residents have to travel to Caboolture or Beerwah for their everyday grocery needs. The centre will offer a neighbourhood supermarket, convenience retail such as a butcher and baker, food and drinks outlets and plenty of green public space.

Rose Creek Village is designed to connect Elimbah by including community rooms and gardens, as well as access to local transport. The layout also includes open public spaces, a playground, and a small-scale bike/scooter track to create a neighbourhood-friendly precinct.

DESIGNED FOR THE COMMUNITY

The proposed site just outside Elimbah was carefully selected so it is convenient for locals but does not intrude on the existing village.

TRAFFIC & PARKING

The plan includes two intersections for entry to/exit from Rose Creek Village to enable traffic flow, room on site for manoeuvring heavy vehicles and around 270 parking places to cater to shoppers and employees.

RAM is committed to including lush landscaping with local flora. The building materials proposed allow the village to sit comfortably within the landscape. The use of timber and local rock gives the precinct a welcoming feel and reflects the current village character. Large awnings, shaded paths, landscaping and the inclusion of natural ventilation systems will help create a pleasant environment during the hot summer months.
